Finding Your Way Back to Yourself

Life is hard. It’s made all the more difficult for those who are autistic, carry trauma, or are part of the LGBTQIA+ community. I understand this difficulty because it's unique—whether it’s having an invisible disability or fighting for acceptance.

As a queer-allied, autistic male myself, my goal is to create a space where you can finally be seen.

There is hope. Together, we will work through the stories you’ve been taught, the expectations you’ve had to meet, and the experiences that brought you further and further from yourself, so you can find a clear path back.

My Approach to Healing

With over 20 years of experience, I am dedicated to helping you find genuine restoration, not just a quick fix. We'll use powerful, body-based methods like Sensorimotor Psychotherapy and Depth Psychology to go beyond just "talk."

This approach helps us gently heal the root causes of trauma and disconnection stored in your nervous system. Our goal is to develop solutions, find more meaning in life, and find acceptance of the past, all in a way that is respectful and compassionate.

Areas of Specialty

  • Neurodiversity-Affirming Therapy: Supporting autistic and ADHD clients (and those exploring an identity).

  • Trauma, PTSD, & Burnout: Healing from the root, not just the symptoms.

  • LGBTQIA+ Affirming Care: Exploring identity, relationships, and healing from societal trauma.

  • Anxiety & Depression: Uncovering the root causes beneath the "symptoms."

  • Relationship Issues & Life Transitions

  • Finding Meaning & Purpose

Adult Autism Assessments

As a clinically licensed provider (LICSW), I also offer in-depth, affirming autism assessments for adults. For many, an assessment isn't about getting a "label"—it's about gaining profound clarity, self-understanding, and the validation you’ve always deserved. We can explore this together in a safe, collaborative, and no-pressure way.

Your First Step

I know that reaching out can be the hardest part. I invite you to schedule a free 15-minute consultation so we can connect, you can ask me any questions, and we can see if we're a good fit. I look forward to meeting you.

“Therapy, a place of healing, is a relationship between two people, you and me. Like all relationships, it’s based on trust, honesty, and vulnerability. At its best, therapy allows for transformation, healing, and acceptance. It’s a place where you and I work towards freedom from limiting thoughts, freedom to be who you want, and freedom to become who you know you can be.”
