Helping Kids, Teens, and Young Adults Navigate Their World with Confidence

For young people, genuine connection is everything. I believe that therapy only works when you feel truly safe, understood, and respected. Building that trust is the heart of my work and the foundation for meaningful change.

Focusing on Pre-teens (10+), Adolescents, and Young Adults

Growing up today is complex. I specialize in working with children ages 10+, teenagers, and young adults who are trying to find their footing. Whether you (or your child) are navigating school transitions, the launch into adulthood, complex family dynamics, or the challenges of anxiety and depression, I offer a space where you can be your authentic self.

My practice is inclusive and supports individuals facing a wide variety of hurdles, including executive functioning challenges, ADHD, autism, chronic health conditions, and identity exploration (LGBTQ+). No matter the challenge, I focus on the whole person, not just a diagnosis.

A Flexible, Engaging Approach

I know that for many young people, sitting on a couch and "just talking" can feel intimidating or boring. That is why I tailor my approach to what works for them.

Tailored Methods: For young adults, we focus on practical skills and processing. For younger clients—or when words feel limiting—I integrate play therapy and creative exploration to process emotions in a natural, pressure-free way.

Skill Building: Using CBT, DBT skills, and mindfulness, I help clients build an emotional "toolkit" they can use at school, work, and home.

Honest Guidance: I offer honest, direct feedback to help clients broaden their worldview and consider new perspectives.

My Goal for You

My goal is not just to address symptoms, but to collaborate with you to discover your own capacity for growth. I look forward to partnering with you on your journey toward creating the life you want to live.
