MA, Art Therapist, Therapist
Art has been the golden thread throughout my life. Long before becoming a therapist, I experienced the ways creativity can help us make sense of difficult experiences, express what feels impossible to put into words, and connect more deeply with ourselves and others. It taught me that healing is not always about finding answers. Sometimes it begins with having the courage to become curious. When words are not enough, expressive arts can offer another way of exploring emotions, experiences, and meaning. Creativity is not about artistic ability. It is about expression, curiosity, and discovering new ways of understanding ourselves and our stories.
I believe people grow when they feel safe enough to explore their experiences with openness and compassion. Therapy offers an opportunity to slow down, reflect, and better understand ourselves, our relationships, and our experiences. Through this process, we can discover new perspectives, strengthen connections, and create meaningful change. Many of the clients I work with are navigating life transitions, relationship challenges, grief, trauma, or periods of uncertainty and are seeking a deeper understanding of themselves and their lives.
My work is grounded in authenticity, creativity, and connection. I view therapy as a collaborative process and consider it a privilege to walk alongside clients as they navigate life's challenges and transitions. I believe that people often carry more wisdom, resilience, and possibility than they realize. Together, we can create space to recognize those strengths, explore what feels important, and move toward a deeper understanding of yourself, your relationships, and your path forward.
